Offer applies to US and Canada residents only, excludes corporate meeting and incentive groups and only applies to social groups (weddings, family reunions, friends, families, social, military, educational and fraternal). Requires a minimum of 20 rooms confirmed with at least 3 nights in common. Maximum of 3 complimentary rooms per Group. Private events or functions such as ceremonies, cocktails parties, dinners or meetings are not complimentary under this program. Private events space, food & beverage and decorations are available at an additional charge per person and may be reserved through each Hotel Group Department. All or part of the program can be changed or withdrawn at any time. 

One complimentary upgrade to the next highest room category based on availability at time of check-in, excluding the following specialty categories: Ocean View Guestroom, Butler Service Junior Suite, and Ocean Front Butler Service Junior Suite at Jewel Grande for a maximum of two (2) people.

Maximum 30 rooms. Requests for larger groups will be evaluated on a case by case basis. No shows on date of arrival will be charged full applicable room rate. Payment terms travel dates within 0 – 45 days payment due in full with reservation, program registration and rooming list, 46 +$100 per room due within 7 days of quote with signed registration to maintain pricing and secure room commitment. Maximum rooms at time of contract is 30. Requirements: 20 paid rooms to get one free at Jewel Grande. 

Blackout dates for 2018: 7/31-8/7, 8/31-9/6, 10/4-10/16, 11/19-11/25, 12/20-1/16, 1/18-1/24, 2/15-3/9, 4/16-4/25, 5/20-5/30. Blackout dates for 2019: 7/1-7/7, 7/31-8/7, 8/30-9/5, 11/8-11/14, 11/25-12/1 and 12/20-1/6/20.
